The House System
The Student Council is a body of student representatives, headed by the Head Girl and Head Boy.
This organization is made up of the captains of the teams and the representatives of the co-curricular activities along with elected and nominated students of each class from grade VII to VIII. Parliamentary procedure is used for all meetings and the main purpose of this group is to assist the Principal, the Vice-Principal and the staff and all the students in carrying out the various affairs of the school. The moderator of this student body is the Principal, who guides the students in a very creative way
This band of students helps in the maintenance of law and order in the school during the Assembly, the breaks, in between classes, and also on important occasions like the Annual Day, the OneAct-Play festival, or any other contest.

The House system is an integral part of life at Paras School Of Holistic Learning and aims to provide a sense of competition and fun through a range of school based activities.
The Houses are Dexterous Dragon, Flawless Falcon, Hortative Hawk and Unerring Unicorn.
The House competition involves a wide range of activities throughout the year. Students are allocated a house when they start at the school. Students with older siblings are always placed into the same house as their sister/brother(s). Staffs are also allocated to Houses to support via assemblies and activities.
Much of the organization is carried out by senior boys with support from staff members who are Heads of House, under the watchful eye of Mr. Abhishek Pratap Singh who is the President of Student Council
The house system allows students to compete in a range of sports and activities such as football, hockey, cricket, tug-of-war, swimming, orienteering, chess, art and poetry, singing, dancing and drama.
The color of the student’s badge indicates his/her Houses:
Dexterous Dragon – Green
Flawless Falcon – Blue
Hortative Hawk – Yellow
And Unerring Unicorn – Red.
